Location: Midlands (2-3 days in the office)
Salary: Hourly/Day rate equivalent to £60,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Manager to lead a small Shared Services Team for a temporary position with the potential for long-term engagement. This role is integral to our HR operations, and we are looking for a candidate who can bring a wealth of experience in team management, HR operations, and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the HR Shared Services team to ensure high performance and achievement of HR support including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Payroll and Organsiational Development
- HR Operations: Oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Payroll Management: Manage the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll in accordance with statutory requirements and organizational policies.
- HR Business Partnering: Providing key HR support to senior stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing HR Shared Services teams.
- Strong background in HR operations with a deep understanding of best practices.
- Previous experience in payroll management, understanding legislation and being accountable for escalations
- Public sector experience is highly preferred.
- Must be available to start immediately or on short notice.
Working Arrangements:
- Based in the Midlands with 2-3 days per week required in the office.
Remuneration:
- This role offers a competitive hourly/day rate equivalent to an annual salary of £60,000.
