Are you an organised and efficient HR professional looking for an immediate start? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis to assist with an important consultation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take detailed and accurate notes during meetings.
  • Provide general HR administrative support.
  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of consultation meetings.
  • Manage and maintain confidential HR documents and records.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
