Your new role
Sourcing and booking accommodation for site personnel for the duration of their project.
You will be responsible for assisting with the collation and booking out of all items ready for delivery to site at the beginning of a project, arranging removal of all items at the end of the project and see the process through.
This role is known within the organisation as an Officer Development Coordinator
Project Administrator / Learning and Development Coordinator with experience working in project management or as an event coordinator or in a similar administrative role, who has excellent organisational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills is required for a well-established organisation based in Coventry, West Midlands.
Flexibility of working hours is reasonably required from time to time to meet the requirements of the post.
