Our client is looking for a dynamic Head of SEND who can drive forward the plans for SEND across the borough, working collaboratively with partners across health, care, the voluntary sector and parents/carers and children and young people.

With international expansion underway, this ecommerce focused business requires a Head of People to support the CPO and oversee HR delivery for the UK business.
This interim role though is one that gives you the chance to be part of the team and be involved in supporting the evolution of the business.
It can be tricky trying to find short-medium term roles that aren't focused on parachuting in to mop up failing projects or to support an unforeseen peak in workload.
As the Reward Lead you will be responsible for reward and benefits supporting a headcount of c.3,000.
The Reward Lead reports to the HR Director and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of the reward and benefits agenda supported by a reward team.
