Tenancy Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring all tenancies are compliant with legal requirements and internal policies.

You will work closely with residents to address their needs, resolve issues, and maintain the overall wellbeing of our communities.
As a Housing Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents, responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring that tenancies are sustained in a positive and supportive manner.
The ETE worker who will be part of the team assisting our young people to get into education, training, and employment.
This service is required as part of the local authority's local offer for our care experienced adults.
Until the establishment of this project team, the service had a low number of young people who were NEET, and this post is part of the project to address this.
Agency position start date as soon as possible running until December 2024 with possible extension or opportunity to apply for a permanent position.
The team use sport and adventure learning as a vehicle for personal and social development.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated outdoor activity instructor/sports coach who can join our team at the Urban Adventure Base in Mile End Park to support with the delivery of high-quality outdoor activity and sport sessions and programmes to the local community as part of the Council's Young Tower Hamlets offer.
