Interim HR Systems Project Manager (Zoho)
Contract: 4 assignment
Remote working - with the ability to travel to London or Manchester
Day rate: £650-850pd

We are seeking an Interim HR Systems Project Manager to help them tailor and optimise their Zoho system. With this in mind deep knowledge of Zoho (HR) is essential along with implementation of Zoho (HR) or system optimisation and change experience with Zoho (HR)
The role:
- Lead the optimisation of Zoho platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategy.
- Advise on current structure of Zoho People and Zoho Recruit
- Identifying the go forward process on holidays, absence and the 52 week rolling pay period and implementing the necessary solution within Zoho
- Run a diagnostic on what they have, what they need, what is possible and then make changes to the system so it is fit for purpose
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to define system scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop the project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and manage project providing solutions and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective information flow.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on new systems and processes.
- If time allows, consideration of reporting functionality to enable a full suite of people reports to be written
The person:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Zoho (HR) either implementation or major system change programme
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
