Reporting into the Employee Relations Specialist, the HR Advisor will provide a comprehensive, expert service of advice and guidance to all areas of the business in order to enable the capability of Managers in dealing with all people matters.
You will need to be experienced and confident consulting on a range of relatively complex People issues with a proven ability to deliver against a range of conflicting demands.
Previous experience of coaching and developing Managers on ER Matters is essential.

The successful candidate will report into the Employee Relations Specialist to provide a comprehensive, expert service of advice and guidance to all areas of the business in order to enable the capability of Managers in dealing with all people matters.
This is a 2 month starting contract with the possibility to extend.
This is a broad role involving HR Advising, and also transactional HR.
This is a HR role where HR is pivotal to the business, where the HR strategy is aligned to the business objectives, and you partner and work alongside the management population.
As an organisation they are financially strong, with several large sites across the UK, with plans to open an additional site later in the year.
