We are looking for candidates with strong business partnering experience, proven stakeholder management, experience of utilising data and metrics to drive performance and engagement, a hands on approach and progressive character.

As the HR & Learning & Development Business Partner, you will be a key member of our team, you will collaborate with internal managers and staff to align business objectives with employee needs.
Your primary focus will be driving and delivering the learning and development strategy, enhancing capability, customer service, and overall performance.
Contract Details: Full-Time all year round temporary - permanent opportunity
Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service
