Job role/responsibilities
Provides support on the implementation and adherence of HR Policies, Procedures and Processes, ensuring effective support to colleagues, Line Managers and individuals is provided, in all aspects of the HR Life Cycle.
I am currently recruiting for a temporary HR Casework Officer to provide expert guidance on HR casework, with an immediate start.
You will be experienced in supporting both managers and employees through complex HR matters, particularly in performance management and disciplinary processes.
The salary for this opportunity will be circa £39,000.

Greater London Authority, one of our largest public sector client is looking to recruit two Employee Relations Officer to join the HR & Training team on a 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a range of ER cases, including probation, disciplinary, capability, resolution, and sickness absence, and will support line managers in line with relevant ER policies.
Day to day of the role
Provide advice on the application of HR Policy, including disciplinary, resolution, sickness absence, and other employment issues.
HR Advisor with previous experience in an equivalent Human Resources role, excellent communication, organisation and people skills, who ideally is CIPD qualified and/or is experienced in providing employee relations advice, is required for a well-established company based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
Key Requirement: A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential to this role.
Occasional travel to other business premises is required, this may involve the occasional overnight stay.
