The role of the Security Team Leader is to Supervise the on shift security team to ensure the overall smooth running of the centre and supporting the Soft Services Manager, Ops Manager and Centre Management in ensuring that the Centre is a safe and pleasant environment for our customers at all times.

They must utilize the equipment, materials and other resources made available to them, and work in collaboration with team members and contractors to ensure the highest quality of service is provided
Conduct quarterly inspections of all common part fire doors across various sites.
