The Opportunity:
Salary: £40,000 per annum (based on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week (full-time)
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Harrow (Pinner Green)
We are looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Service to lead and develop our services, ensuring they align with our mission and values. As Head of Service, you'll be instrumental in delivering our Together and Youth Connex Services, ensuring that our clients receive the care, support, and opportunities they deserve. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Managers and team leaders, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
What you'll be doing:
- Shaping the strategic direction and development of our services, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
- Oversee the quality and delivery of services across multiple teams, maintaining high standards of care and client satisfaction.
- Inspire and lead a team of managers and team leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Ensure efficient, effective service delivery within budget, with a focus on innovation and client outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, partners, and regulatory bodies.
About You:
- You have 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and management skills. With in a similar sector (desirable).
- Experience in strategic planning, service development, and stakeholder engagement
- You are compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those you support.
