I am looking for a Commercial Surveyor to join a local authority in the Staffordshire area.
The Commercial Surveyor will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring the lease agreement is being adhered to and the property is in lease state.
This role is an initial 3 month contract with extension available.
Experienced / qualified building surveyor to carry out full property surveys specifically in relation to condensation & damp diagnosis.

Main Purpose of the job
To provide a comprehensive specialised technical service to ensure that potential legal disrepair, statutory nuisance, structural repairs, and insurance claims against Lewisham Council are dealt with professionally and as expeditiously as possible.
Carry out the building surveying functions required to manage the repair and maintenance requirements of a portfolio of approximately 20,000 homes, including the structure and fabric of the buildings, internal and communal areas, and the estate grounds.
Manage the local delivery of repairs and contractors to ensure compliance with requirements.
Work effectively with other teams in the directorate to deliver a seamless, holistic service to customers.
