Hardman Grey Recruitment are currently seeking a Global General Manager on behalf of our client.
The Global General Manager will report to the VP in the US and be responsible for managing and directing the global organisation toward its primary objectives, based on long-term customer focus, product and profitability goals.
This includes managing both internal and external efforts.
General Manager required to oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of an events venue located in the Aylesford, Kent area.
As General Manager you will be reporting to the Operations Director / Venue Owners and you will ensure the smooth execution of events, maximize revenue, uphold the venue's reputation, and provide exceptional customer service.
Transport will be required due to location and business hours.
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire UK-wide distribution business, driving operational efficiencies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing a robust strategic sales and growth strategy while ensuring that the business remains a quality-focused and customer-centric organisation.
