This dual role requires a candidate who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, from handling correspondence and managing complex calendars to greeting visitors and maintaining office security.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for on-site visitors and incoming general telephone enquiries, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
My client is an established and successful business, enjoying a period of significant growth, now looking to recruiting an Accounts Assistant / Purchase Leger Clerk to support the Finance Director.
The main focus of this role will be to support within Accounts Payable, processing invoices through the system, whilst also having crossover with Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger, opening accounts, supporting with bank reconciliations etc.
We are looking for a motivated candidate who has some experience gained within a similar role, who is keen to learn and develop with a company that can offer further development.
