Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator/Receptionist to join their busy team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Administrator/Receptionist Role:
- Welcoming new Patients
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Responding to emails
- Management of correspondence
To be considered for the role of
Administrator/Receptionist
you will require:
- Previous admin/reception experience
- Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Key information about the Administrator/Receptionist Role:
- Salary – 12.00 p/h
- Full time hours Monday – Friday
