Accounts Assistant

Great opportuntiy for an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Administrator working for a friendly company in a pleasant office environment. Role is office based Monday to Friday with parking.

Role shall be interesting and varied and duties will include:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately in Sage 50
  • Creating Purchase Orders
  • Creating Bill Of Materials
  • Manage stock levels and re-ordering
  • Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports for management review
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditure
  • Handle queries from clients or vendors regarding invoices or payments
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Proven experience as an Account Administrator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using accounting software Sage 50 is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
