My client, a Global Media firm, is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for the business!
House: 8.30am 5pm Monday to Friday office based.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager, this is such an amazing business to work for!
We have a lovely role for a candidate with Facilities/building maintenance experience to work in the City of London, the role will be based at front of house, the hours are 9 to 6pm Monday to Friday.
This would suit someone who just gets on with it but also can deal with all levels of people that visit the building, if you have training in health and safely etc that would be useful but full training will be given if not.
You will be responsible for building checks, distributing deliveries to different businesses within the building, checking fire dates and that they are working, meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the building, health and safety, checking the front desk is tidy at all times, locking up at the end of day.
