An organisation in Hounslow requires an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer to provide a building support service at their main office facility to cover planned and preventative maintenance, under the direction of a manager, for a 3 month contract, which, for the right candidate, is likely to become permanent.
This is a full-time role (36 hours per week) working weekdays, although you may be asked to help in the evenings/weekends if necessary to cover absences and special events.
Key Responsibilities
Undertaking inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety equipment and building fabric.
Commission and configure network equipment, charger equipment, and electrical metres to set up analysis of infrastructure.
Verify and test charging equipment for electric buses, providing necessary electrical guidance to IT Engineers setting up the IT side of the bus depot.
