The Post holder will deliver an intensive, targeted and high quality whole family service for Croydon families who are identified as having children and young people who are at risk of poor outcomes and/ or at risk of escalating statutory services

We're looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Communication Support Service based in the Hampshire area, specifically South West Hampshire (New Forest area).
This is a remote working role offering flexible working.
They are going the extra mile and provide residential family based support to low-risk families and break the cycle to keep families together.
Our client already holds a huge presence in the parental assessment sector and understands the importance of continued care so have now opened supported housing to provide the follow-on residential care for their assessed families.
Type: Permanent, full time (Flexibility needed for late shifts and occasional weekend work)
