My client a global leading provider of FM and IFM services are looking to appointment an experienced Facilities Operations Manager on a 23-month interim basis to manage 3 of their biggest clients across 2 buildings in Central London.
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to take charge of their Client Operations in London, with a vision to expand across the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for P&L, Growth, Service Delivery, Client Relationships, and Supplier, management., also general operational admin support (including invoicing, general admin, and procurement).
To manage the on- site engineers to ensure PPM's are being effectively and efficiently carried out.

The role involves managing a team of facilities staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining excellent standards of facility operations.
The Regional Facilities Manager will oversee the operations, maintenance, and services of all facilities within the designated portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management you will cover 2-3 days in Cambridge (7 Properties) and 1/2 days a week based in Oxford (4 properties)
As the Facilities Manager, you'll be in charge of all things facilities and maintenance across various properties.
