Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Maintenance Operative to provide comprehensive facilities support.
The Facilities Maintenance Operative will be responsible for ensuring the technical maintenance and safety of our offices, managing building systems, overseeing improvement and repair works, and coordinating with on-site contractors.
The ideal candidate will prioritise safety, adhere to technical instructions, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
The offices have been designed to provide a bright, modern and flexible working environment to encourage collaborative working practices and the Facility Assistant will be expected to support the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Supervisor and the other Facility Assistants to ensure our offices are maintained and managed to an exceptional standard.
An enthusiastic individual with previous experience of working in a similar role in a corporate environment is required to provide 'front of house' and facilities management support for both of our Canary Wharf and King's Cross offices.
The shift patterns are expected to be between 08:00-17:30 Monday to Friday.
