Job Title: Admissions & Facilities Officer
Contract: Full Time | Permanent Vacancy
Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm OR 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Circa £25,500 pa +
Location: Borehamwood
Our client is hiring an Admissions & Facilities Officer at their Borehamwood premises. As the first point of contact, the successful applicant will manage reception, welcome visitors, handle cash payments, issue badges, and support student enrolment and marketing events as and when required. You'll also ensure the upkeep and security of classrooms and common areas and complete general administrative tasks, such as; Photocopying, Processing Applications, Data Entry, Managing Sickness Records, and Answering Calls and Queries.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and database systems
- A proactive, friendly attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
