Our client, a local authority in Gloucestershire, is seeking an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team for a 6-month assignment.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of valuation and estates management, including acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, lease agreements, and rating and compensation matters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional valuation services and property management advice to the Council, ensuring best value in all property transactions.

This role will be working on corporate property portfolio which includes listed buildings, schools, civic centres, libraries, parks and other council owned property.
Experienced / qualified building surveyor to carry out full property surveys specifically in relation to condensation & damp diagnosis.
The surveyor will have specific knowledge of building structures and how they contribute to the cause, be able to correctly diagnose & specify remedial requirements.
To understand and be able to use equipment to aid with diagnostics and undertaking seasonal monitoring.
