The Firm

Our client is an international, Top 40 Law Firm who have an incredible reputation not only in the UK but across the globe including Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

They boast a highly reputable Private Property team who sit within their Top Tier Private Client Division and are known for their market-leading expertise in advising individuals, trustees, families and charities in relation to their property and private affairs.

Their Private Property team are now looking for an ambitious Solicitor between NQ level to 2 years' PQE to join on an initial 12-month fixed term basis, beginning in December.

Vacancy

The Private Property team works with domestic and international HNW and UHNW individuals and families, private UK and international banks and private investment companies.

As a Private Property Solicitor, you will be involved in:

  • Buying and selling of residential and investment property including assisting international clients purchasing overseas property
  • Leasehold enfranchisement
  • Portfolio management, lettings and disposals
  • Landed estates and country houses
  • Rural estate management

Whilst this is a 12-month fixed term contract, there is scope for the role to become permanent.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor between NQ level to 2 years' PQE
  • Experience working in Private / Residential Property
  • For NQs, completed at least one seat in Residential Property
  • Good academics
