Our client is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee a luxury residential estate based in East London.
You will be working closely alongside the Property Manager to oversee the estate day to day, ensuring high standards are met for residents and monitoring the on-site teams.
Direct Reports: Assistant Building Manager, 3 Concierge, Handyman and Caretaker
You will manage a new and exciting estate with some of the world's most exciting cultural and education organisations.
To be successful in the role, you must have experience with setting and reconciliation of service charge budgets, NEBOSH and IWFM qualification.
You will have a permanent on site presence (5 days per week) to manage full service delivery across risk, occupier liaison, service contracts, repairs and maintenance and service charge budgets.
