About the role

Are you a seasoned property professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have experience is delivering high quality estate services.

We are seeking a dynamic Estate Manager to join our team.

  • You will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of Estate Services, Service Charge management, contracts management, estate management and facilities management.
  • With a strong estate management background and in-depth knowledge of the residential services and service charges.
  • Experience of building and managing effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, ideally in a matrix way across teams.
  • Experience of effective analysis of complex data to make business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Experience of building and managing effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, ideally in a matrix way across teams.
  • Estate Management and managing a team of mobile cleaners.
  • Experience of effective analysis of complex data to make business decisions.
  • Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents

About you

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in Estate Management, Building Safety and Service charges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Experience in managing Operational teams in delivering key services
  • Data management
  • A customer-focused approach
