An absolutely 1st class Real Estate Lender in the city are eager to appoint an experienced property sales/disposal professional.

The Asset Manager is responsible for the successful management and sale of repossessed properties.

The most important tasks of the Asset Management Administration Executive are:

  • Arranging new valuations, auction house appraisals and local agent appraisals.
  • Completing a property information sheet and maintaining detailed records of all transactions.
  • Arranging for property cleaning and repairs in conjunction with teams of Property Managers.
  • Marketing the property.
  • Accepting offers.
  • Dealing with incoming invoices.
  • Reviewing the completion statements.
  • The Asset Management Administrative Executive must be responsive, transparent and supportive in their work.
  • They must work closely with the litigation team, the accounts team, and the estate agents to ensure the smooth sale of the properties.

Here are some additional details about the tasks of the Asset Management Administrative Executive:

  • Valuations: The Asset Management Administrative Executive must arrange for a new valuation of the property, using a different valuer from the outset. They must also obtain appraisals from auction houses and local estate agents.
  • Property information sheet: The Asset Management Administrative Executive must complete a property information sheet, which includes information such as the property's address, valuation, and marketing strategy.
  • Property cleaning and repairs: If the property is in a state of disrepair, the Asset Management Administrative Executive may need to arrange for cleaning, repairs, or other maintenance in conjunction with Property Management Teams.
  • Marketing: The Asset Management Administrative Executive must market the property to potential buyers. This may involve working with estate agents, advertising online, or holding open houses.

The role is available immediately and will pay c £45,000 + a comprehensive benefits package. Interviews are available immediately.
