Milk Education are partnering with an Independant Boy's school in Lambeth who are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our team and lead the planning, management, and implementation of maintenance and refurbishment programs across our school.
You will ensure our school, which spans two core sites and includes playing fields, boarding facilities, and domestic properties, remains safe, secure, and well-maintained for all staff, pupils, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Estates team (16 staff), ensuring the school sites are safe, clean, and compliant with legislation.
Provide an excellent and accountable property management service to residents.
