Our client, a leading and fast-paced facilities management company, is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
This role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, ensuring that customer requests and engineer schedules are effectively handled.
General
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their needs and coordinating with engineers across a range of services, including electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and drainage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Project Coordinator to learn from our more experienced Project Managers and teams around you before taking on your own projects and developing into an Engineering Project Manager.
This role can be full time or part time: 4 or 5 days per week.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, have great administration skills and be comfortable in a role which will be busy and involve a lot of internal communications, particularly in the organisation and scheduling of remote staff.
