Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Engineering Manager in coordinating engineering activities for assigned projects.
- Review critical engineering deliverables to ensure design integrity.
- Work with the Technical Authority to ensure adherence to engineering and HSE standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Report project status in a timely manner.
- Support the implementation of the project management plan, focusing on risk, interface, and change management.
- Ensure adherence to safety and HSEQ processes.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in the energy industry, with knowledge of project development from concept through to detailed engineering.
- Proficiency in engineering with the ability to support technical teams.
- Experience in project management.
- Understanding of technical codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement processes.
