Develop and implement learner engagement strategies to meet monthly targets and KPIs.
Respond to inquiries from potential referral partners/stakeholders, providing information and guidance on available courses and services.
General
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners like Job Centres, Community Centres, and other training providers to recruit individuals for funded training programs through effective screening and IAG.
