Who we need

The post holder will be an ambassador for training and skills and the impact this makes to businesses, the economy and individuals' occupational opportunities.

Providing employers with outstanding service, being their trusted adviser in respect of training and development plans, you will be part of the solution for employers looking to grow and succeed through the development of its people.

What you'll bring

You will be able to demonstrate your experience in the field of business development in the skills and education sector with an ability to meet and exceed highly challenging targets and KPIs.

Excellent communication skills and an ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with employers, learners, teaching professionals is essential.

The ability to maintain accurate and up to date records using CRM systems is also required.
