Responsibilities
Working closely with the Head of People to support the leadership team in delivering key strategic HR projects.
Leading on all ER matters, providing expert guidance and support to managers.
As a Cook Supervisor you will contribute to the provision of a professional, customer led and responsive catering service.
You will draw upon your knowledge and experience to ensure all duties are carried out in compliance with current service and operational related standards, regulations and legislation.
The postholder will be involved in, and often lead, a range of duties including food ordering, preparation, service, food storage, administration and associated domestic duties that contributes to a well-run, large-scale catering operation.
