HR Business Partner

Bright Selection are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to lead on Employee Relations matters, act as the first point of contact for ER issues and support the development and upskilling of our Home Managers across the group.

Responsibilities

  • Leading on all ER matters, providing expert guidance and support to managers.
  • Working closely with the Head of People to support the leadership team in delivering key strategic HR projects.
  • Contributing to initiatives like Investors in People, retention strategies, and employee well-being programs.
  • Coaching and developing Home Managers to enhance their HR capabilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR processes and employment legislation in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Requirements

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven HR experience within the care home sector, ideally in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations and up-to-date knowledge of HR processes and employment law.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to travel across group homes as needed.

Remuneration Circa £50,000 DOE + Car Allowance
