My client a unique, boutique financial services firm are looking for a Senior Employee Relations and Policy professional for their well-stocked HR team.

The role will be heavily involved in employee relations / industrial relations topics and will involve close liaison with Trade Unions, therefore experience in both is essential to be considered.
This is a varied HR role, and the person joining will provide a proactive, professional and people-centred HR advisory service to a wide range of stakeholders across the location.
Your key responsibilities will include
Provide proactive generalist and operational HR advice aligned to business plans and priorities, including but not limited to Company Policy, salary administration and employment legislation.
We are currently working on behalf of one of our Global clients to identify an experienced Human Resources professional who has purely specialised within the Employee Relations space or has an extensive background in this discipline through a broader generalist career.
The small team work across the European business in partnership with the senior management and wider HR function to focus on the full remit of ER cases from disciplinaries and grievances to restructuring and performance managment.
To be considered, you will need to have demonstrable experience within these areas, combined with relationship management skills at all levels including executive leadership.
