I'm currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a 68-week, full-time (40 hours ideally but also open to 32) and hybrid (3 days in the office), You will play a crucial role in supporting HR Business Partners with employee relations (ER) cases.
This assignment is expected to last 6-8 weeks, and you have to be available immediately.
Working within the Human Resources Team, you will be supporting the Head of Employee Relations with a host of daily admin support tasks, including updating the ER portal, HR admin duties around new starters, leavers etc, and will also be asked to attend and take notes at HR meetings and employee grievance cases.
To be successful in this placement you will need previous work experience in an HR or ER role, be flexible to needs of the business, have a great work ethic, and be able to hit the ground running.
This is a full time temporary placement working Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm, and the booking will be reviewed after approximately 3-4 months.
Reporting into the Employee Relations Specialist, the HR Advisor will provide a comprehensive, expert service of advice and guidance to all areas of the business in order to enable the capability of Managers in dealing with all people matters.
The HR Advisor will be confident to consult on a range of relatively complex People issues with a proven ability to deliver against a range of conflicting demands.
Previous experience of coaching and developing Managers on ER Matters is essential.
