As an Employee Relations (ER) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's approach to employee relations by fostering a positive, fair, and productive work environment.
You will provide expert guidance on complex ER issues, drive consistent HR policies and procedures, and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all matters relating to workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
