Working within a fast-moving high-volume Operations department.
Accountable for the H&S, quality, cost, delivery and team management in an allocated work stream.
To lead the operational production teams to deliver best in class and flexible manufacturing performance in accordance with business objectives and strategic plans.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the warehouse, working to ensure that the operation achieves the targeted operational and financial performance whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
