We are currently working in partnership with a Not-for-profit organisation based in West London, who are recruiting for a Senior HR Manager on a fixed term contract of 2 years.
The annual salary for this role will be £50,000 per annum.
The position is due to start late September, with the potential to go permanent.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team.
The focus of this role is to provide excellent HR administrative support for the business, covering all employee lifecycle processes, and providing additional guidance on all HR policies.The HR Administration team are responsible for a general employee relations, employee lifecycle processes for c2,000 employees.
Their main accountabilities include: Employee record and contract amendments
