Do you have strong systems experience and a good technical aptitude? Are you able to perform pivot tables and VLOOKUPS on Excel?

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Systems Administrator working within a friendly, busy HR team of a rapidly growing and reputable company.

You will be working for a well-established company on a 12-month Temp contract to start ASAP. Hybrid/ work from home is available for 2 days a week, 3 days a week being at the Horley office. Once a month you will be required to travel to their Portsmouth office (expenses paid - accessible by public transport).

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will report into and support the HR Systems Specialist. As a HR Systems Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing their systems queries inbox - ensuring all requests are acknowledged/ resolved within their 3 day SLA
  • Investigating and responding to a high volume of email queries from staff
  • Optimising the use of data to ensure change and compliance with GDPR
  • Investigating system functionality to provide solutions to business requirements
  • High volume of data entry on Excel, Cornerstone and Oracle (training provided if not familiar with these systems)
  • Processing and inputting employee data/ changes
  • Issuing user log in's/ resetting passwords/ processing permissions and access changes on the systems
  • Producing reports and data for the HR Team and wider business
  • Liaising with employees on Teams as required

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong technical aptitude and be very tech savvy able to learn new systems with ease
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
  • A natural curiosity for systems and enjoys learning/ working with different/ new systems
  • A calm and resilient nature
  • Previous experience of HR systems is highly advantageous not essential, full training will be given
  • Able to work under pressure with a high volume workload
  • A positive attitude towards problems and troubleshooting
