What You'll Bring: Decision Services UK, deliver software solutions that enable our clients (e.g. banks, building societies and retailers) to assess the credit risk of their customers using data from credit reference agencies and other sources. Our clients then use the outcomes of those assessments to offer or change the credit facilities they provide to their customers. The team's initial focus is on ensuring the software solutions we provide are high quality and delivered on time and on budget. Once solutions are delivered, we provide ongoing support to our clients to deal with incidents, answer queries and deliver changes to enhance their solutions. Role Overview: ? The Senior Project Analyst will work closely with assigned Project Managers to play a crucial role the delivery of large projects and programmes and ongoing support for existing clients. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivery, the Senior Project Analyst will assist with the administration, governance and control of several projects and client support initiative running in parallel and additionally client support across decisioning delivery services. This role is suitable for someone who wants to develop a career within software delivery and who has a strong client service focus. The role will provide experience of high paced and high visibility deliveries, giving the successful candidate an opportunity to work with some of the UK's biggest companies such as tier 1 and challenger banks, large retailers and gaming institutions. Day to Day You'll Be: Contribute to the coordination of releases, working with the Release manager and project team to ensure smooth and reliable delivery of software Act in the client's interest to ensure effort is focused on turning around client support tickets and facilitating additional support to enable resolution. Assist in coordination of impact assessments for Change Requests and client support requests or incidents. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity Create management information that will support the efficient running of the Decision Services team Maintain logs and trackers in line with best practice governance, such as RAID logs, Change Request logs, team holiday trackers and weekly progress reports Support and minute client meetings, helping to build strong relationships with key contacts Contribute to the creation of decks for steering meetings for both internal and external stakeholders Impact You'll Make: Essential Skills & Experience: Ability to analyse incoming situations to find and propose creative solutions to problems Able to help create and execute on plans that set the project team up for success Passion for quality through astute risk management and application of project governance A relentless focus on clients have had some initial exposure to project delivery lifecycles, be proficient in the use of office products such as word, excel and Power Point (MS Projects is advantageous but not essential).
