industry body associated with the creative and entertainment industries are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/ Office Manager due to a period of change and growth. This is initially a 3 to 4 month contract with a view to going permanent. This role will report to 2 directors and work closely with the senior management team. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Executive Assistant Complex diary management for a number of directors and senior management - making sure to take in to account conflicting and demanding schedules. Screening telephone calls and emails. Preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations. Arranging travel and handling Expenses. Acting as the main point of contact for the Senior Management team in a professional manner Facilitate cross-departmental communications and meetings. Minute taking, preparing packs and arranging meeting rooms - for internal and external meetings. Project implantation and management. Maintaining company records, filing and archiving systems. Office /Operational Management Liasing with and acting as the first point of contact for Staff and visitors. Answering the switchboard, maintaining company inbox and providing general office support. Manage meeting room booking system. Office Health and Safety process and procedures. Ensuring office IT equipment and Telecoms are up to date and suitable. Manage complaints process. Keeping all stationary, office equipment and supplies up to date and available. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in support of Senior Management - including company directors. Exceptional organisational skills Extensive diary and email management Exceptional communication skills Advances knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Experience of managing a busy office alongside support for senior management.
