Your new role
Our University client is keen to onboard an IT Trainer as part of their Digital Skills and Development team.
As the IT Trainer, you will support the implementation of digital capability initiatives across academic schools and/or professional SBUs.
You will work in close collaboration with team members to assist in the design and delivery of effective programmes of digital skills development opportunities, aimed at staff and students.
Reporting directly to the E-Learning Project Lead, you will create high quality and bespoke eLearning content, incorporating best practices from learning theory, instructional design frameworks and current trends in corporate digital learning provision.
An eLearning Designer, who will design, deploy and evaluate a range of eLearning modules and interventions to support the achievement of organisational goals and continued growth of the Company.
Experience of using authoring tools and Adobe InDesign to develop digital learning content.
General
Your role will be to work with the team to build digital learning content in preparation for moving from one LMS platform to another.
You will design and build digital training solutions, collaborating with key stakeholders as well as L&D colleagues in ensuring that the right digital solutions are in place for our colleagues.
