Excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a leading regional law firm. Our client is a well-established law firm with offices spread throughout the South. They are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their busy Private Client team in Oxford. The role will involve providing full administrative support to the Partner/Head of Department in the Oxford office. Duties will include: Audio-typing Administrative support including: file opening, document production, filing/archiving, retrieval of files, photocopying, email management, cheque requests, and dealing with post Typing standard and non-standard letters Drafting documents, using appropriate precedents and templates Liaising with clients over the phone and in person to respond to enquiries Arranging and scheduling meetings and other appointments, etc. To be considered, you must be an experienced secretary with an interest in this area of law.
