Working hours: Mon-Fri 13:00 - 17:15 21.25hrs per week 4.25hrs per day Part-time

Role overview:

Receive and manage switchboard calls, manage reactive requests via the helpdesk and keep customers appraised of progress whilst providing and delivering the best value reception service through excellent customer care to match the Client's needs.

What you'll do:

  • Receive all visitors at the main reception in a professional manner ensuring that hosts are informed, and that waiting time is minimised
  • Ensure switchboard is answered promptly and that callers are dealt with in a professional, helpful manner
  • Carry out general reception duties ensuring that a high standard of customer care is adopted always
  • Sort, process & deliver incoming and outgoing mail/parcels including samples, parcels, recorded and special deliveries
  • Providing timely updates and responses to customers in relation to progress on jobs raised and any queries that they may have
  • Support with setting up conference rooms including all processing hospitality requests and laying out/clearing away teas/coffees/lunches after the event
  • Support response to emergency procedures as necessary
  • Collecting data for monthly KPIs and reporting purposes
  • Processing customer feedback and monitoring responses to ensure timely close out for complaints
  • Provide admin support as and when required for the onsite EMCOR team and the Client, in particular providing cover to support staff absences e.g. sickness & holidays for stores (front of house counter)
