The role of the Secretary is to provide effective support to our client's Litigation team.
Part Time - 3 days per week
You will be expected to provide a high level of accurate, confidential secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and other professional staff.

The holder of the post will lead the organisations Governance arrangements taking responsibility, as Company Secretary, for providing a full secretariat function, delivering an effective governance framework in accordance with legal, statutory and corporate governance requirements, and facilitating the provision of appropriate legal advice.
This is an 18 hour per week role, spread over 3 to 4 days (1 of which requires office attendance).
