Location: South Birmingham
Part Time - 3 days per week
Salary: £19,000 pro rata
Job description
The role of the Secretary is to provide effective support to our client's Litigation team. You will be expected to provide a high level of accurate, confidential secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and other professional staff.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing full support to the Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently.
- Typing letters, emails, and documents from dictation.
- Handle and manage telephone calls, visitors, and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Preparing correspondence using our case management system.
- Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
- Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
- Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and the firm's policies in general
