Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Cambridgeshire, is currently looking to recruit a Service Director (Adult Social Care) for an initial 13 week contract with potential to extend on a rate of £600-£700/day (Inside IR35).
This role will be hybrid working with 2-3 days in the office per week.
Responsibilities
Be accountable and provide effective leadership, development and management for the Adult Social Care services ensuring the highest possible quality of service is delivered within the resources available.
We are seeking a Service Director on an initial 3 month contract for our public sector client based in Cambridgeshire paying between £600 to £800 per day inside IR35.
This role allows hybrid working - 2 / 3 days per week in the office.
The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -
Manage social work caseload of more complex nature and with high levels of autonomy.
Provide professional supervision of other Social Workers, supporting caseload management and promoting reflective practice and continuous professional development.
Provide expert professional and technical advice to other Social Workers, managers, colleagues, and partners.
