I am currently looking for an experienced Administrator to work within the Transport department of a busy manufacturing site in Holywell you will ensure the despatch process meets the requirements of the new customs process.
The office is within the transport department within the factory, PPE will be required.
An experienced Administrator is required to join our client on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months with the possibility of an extension.
The successful candidate will provide support to the department, be a competent user of Microsoft Teams and Outlook coupled with excellent attention to detail.
This is a part time opportunity working 21 hours per week

Duties of the Administrator
Communicate with customers via their preferred method of contact (telephone, letter, email and SMS message) to ensure regular contact is made and updates given.
Raising repairs, follow up repairs raised by customers and jobs that have multiple visits, previous cancellations and no access.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrator to support our operations on a temporary contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role.

- Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Efficiently scan and manage a variety of documents.
Our client based in central High Wycombe is looking for an Administrator to assist their team on a temporary basis for up to 3 months, but this will be dependent on workload.
The role will be based in the office initially for training for 1/2 weeks and then you will be able to work from home if preferred.
