Provide first and second line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
As a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organisation.

An opportunity has arisen within MBDA's Customer Support & Services (CSS) organisation for a Through Life Engineer to take charge of work packages associated with influencing product design for support and for developing cost-effective support solutions for our global customers.
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working.
Typically this role will require 1-2 days on site per week, with temporary deviations from this to be agreed with your Line Manager.
